Legal seller

Verified seller details and an official company-registry link belong here only after review. The demo intentionally shows no registration number, address or bank account.

CHECK / 02

Random-code video

A qualified buyer may supply a random code. Subject to warehouse access, the continuous video should show that code, the Lot ID, selected cartons, products and disclosed defects. It does not prove ownership, full quantity, exclusivity or later availability.

CHECK / 03

Buyer-appointed inspection

Your China agent or chosen inspector can be welcomed subject to warehouse approval, appointment, an agreed scope and cost allocation.

CHECK / 04

Written transaction trail

The quotation and PI carry the Lot ID, condition, packing, named trade term and location, payment triggers, inspection point and claim boundaries.

RANDOM-CODE PROTOCOL

A current video, not a recycled clip.

This protocol must be rehearsed with real warehouse access before it becomes a public promise.

    Buyer supplies a code

    A random word or number is agreed for that request.

  2. 02

    One continuous recording

    The recording moves from the code and Lot ID to selected cartons and products without replacing the key evidence.

  3. 03

    Known issues are shown

    The operator actively records the disclosed defects and any requested sample points.

  4. 04

    Original file is retained

    The source recording is kept with its request and Lot ID for traceability.

What the real site may state
  • The named legal seller can be checked in an official registry.
  • Evidence is attached to a specific Lot ID and dated.
  • Buyer-appointed inspection is welcome under written conditions.
  • Payment instructions appear only in the seller’s PI.
What the site must not imply
  • Bank transfer is escrow or buyer-fund protection.
  • An inspection option equals third-party endorsement.
  • A product is importable, certified or lawful in every market.
  • Old videos or generic warehouse images prove current stock.

PAYMENT SAFETY / BOUNDARY

Never pay a personal account.

Bank transfer is not escrow. Beneficiary details and payment terms belong in each Proforma Invoice issued by the verified legal seller.
